Comic Sans is a controversial typeface that we are taught to not use in design work. I wanted to make something untraditional and expirement with different materials as well. I chose to make a magnetic Comic Sans type specimen poster. As a kid I played with magnetic letters on my fridge. Comic Sans is a childish font I used it to laser cut acrylic letters and number in Comic Sans typeface and then paint them the primary colors and make them into magnets. I wanted to use the three primary colors to give it an elementary color palette.
